At The CaiBeauty Collection, we take pride in providing high-quality hair extensions. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure all customers receive products in pristine condition.

By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

ALL SALES FINAL

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any hair extensions, wigs, or related products unless stated otherwise.

HYGIENE & PRODUCT CONDITION

For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept any hair products that have been:

  • Opened or removed from original packaging
  • Worn, installed, or tried on
  • Altered, colored, cut, or chemically processed
  • Tampered with (including removal of security ties or bands)

Any items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

WRONG ITEM OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your product is defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • All tags, bands, and security ties must remain intact

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine if a replacement or store credit will be issued.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds are only issued in approved cases (such as verified defects or order errors).

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

SHIPPING ISSUES

The CaiBeauty Collection is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

LOCAL PICKUP (ATLANTA)

For local pickup orders, customers will be notified when their order is ready.

  • A valid ID and order confirmation may be required
  • Orders must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe

Failure to pick up your order does not qualify for a refund.
