The CaiBeauty Collection specializes in human hair extensions, wigs, and related products.

Due to the nature of raw and virgin hair, each bundle or unit may vary slightly in texture, color, and pattern. This is not considered a defect.

Proper maintenance is required to preserve the quality and longevity of hair extensions. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, coloring, chemical processing, or installation.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & LOCAL PICKUP

Processing times and shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or external factors.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

For Atlanta local pickup and 1–2 day shipping orders, customers will be notified when their order is ready. A valid ID and order confirmation may be required at pickup.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & HYGIENE POLICY

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair products that have been:

  • Opened or unsealed
  • Worn, installed, or tried on
  • Altered, colored, or chemically processed

If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review:

  • Hair must remain unused and in original packaging
  • Security ties/bands must not be removed

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

SMS & EMAIL MARKETING TERMS

By consenting to The CaiBeauty Collection marketing at checkout or subscribing through our website, you agree to receive recurring text messages and emails (including order updates, promotions, and reminders).
