  • 1–2 Day Shipping (On-Hand Items Only): 1–2 business days

ON-HAND & READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS

Items labeled as “On-Hand” or “Ready to Ship” are processed faster and typically shipped within 24–48 hours.

These items are eligible for our 1–2 day shipping option.

LOCAL PICKUP (ATLANTA)

We offer local pickup for customers in the Atlanta area.

  • You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup
  • Most pickup orders are ready within 1–2 business days
  • A valid ID and order confirmation are required at pickup

Pickup instructions and location details will be provided after your order is placed.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

The CaiBeauty Collection is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your shipping carrier directly.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
